Join the HEARTBIT WALKS on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of June to test our emotional sensing kits and explore your affective reactions while walking along the local branches of the River Lee and the Hertford Union Canal.

Participants will be invited to wear light-weight sensing kits during brief walks in the area. Biometric information will be collected to map the emotional response of the participants to the environment. On return to the meeting point, the detailed emotional insights will be visualised and discussed. The visualisations will be then progressively uploaded in an online archive that will remain live and searchable after the conclusion of the Festival.

The event is FREE for all and NO ADVANCE REGISTRATION is necessary. Tickets will be allocated on the two days on a first time first basis. Sensing kits are equipped with nickel electrodes, do not wear if allergic.

When: Saturday 2nd of June and Sunday 3rd of June 2018, 11.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Where: UCL at Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park London, 51°32'50.8"N 0°01'22.9"W
